The Maury County Horsemen’s Association recently presented a check to the Performance Show Horse Association for $7500 to help aid with PSHA’s efforts to promote and preserve the TennesseeWalking Horse.  The funds were distributed from the profits of the Columbia Spring Jubilee held May 30-31, 2014.  The show also presented $1000 worth of scholarships to youth as part of the proceeds from the show.

"We are happy to be able to help in PSHA’s efforts on behalf of the industry.  We hope our show can entice other shows in the industry to help aid in these efforts as well,” said Spring Jubilee Co-Show Chairman David Sisk.

PSHA is involved and helping to fund efforts around legislation to aid the industry, research to enhance objective, science-based inspection and public relations efforts to promote the charitable and economic benefits of the Tennessee Walking Horse industry.
