The sale of the cards will be administered by the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ & Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) and the cards will be required at shows affiliated with American Horse Services and S.H.O.W.-HIO. |

| The United States Department of Agriculture’s proposed rule to amend the Horse Protection Act was sent to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its final review on February 26, 2024. This move is the last step in the review of the proposed rule before USDA issues the final rule. |

Dr. Josh Sammons will officiate. Burial will follow in the Camp Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Langley Funeral Home. |
