Reservations for our annual VWRHOA Awards Banquet must be purchased in advance by returning the second page of this form so that we receive it by February 15th, 2013. There will be no admission to the banquet or awards ceremony without a reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If you are expecting to receive an award but cannot attend, please make arrangements for someone to accept the award for you. The awards cannot be mailed!
We are planning to have a “Silent Auction” and would appreciate your donation of any item to be auctioned. Please contact Nellie Harris at (434) 277-5695 if you can donate an item. This is an important “fund raiser” for our organization and we need your help!
Membership forms and nomination forms for 2014 will be available at the Banquet. Annual dues are due by the last day of February.
