Persons on federal suspension cannot participate or transport horses to this show and can only attend as spectators.

Under Alabama Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities pursuant to the Equine Activities Protection Act.  The Horse Show Management will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of equipment on show grounds.
