Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) announced Monday that the full Committee will hold a markup on Wednesday, September 21, at 10:15 a.m. (EDT) in the John D. Dingell Room, 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

“The Energy and Commerce Committee has had a very productive Congressional session making health care and prescription drugs more affordable, strengthening our economy, tackling the climate crisis, and protecting consumers,” Pallone said. “This week, the full Committee will continue that important work as we consider legislation to improve our health care delivery systems, advance access to care, protect the health and well-being of our nation, bolster our travel and tourism industry, and protect animals from inhumane practices. The markup will also include 18 resolutions of inquiry from Republicans.”

The PAST Act (H.R. 5441) is one of seven pieces of legislation that will be considered by the full committee.  Interested parties can view the hearing live by visiting the Energy & Commerce committee website, here.
