KWHA announces KY Celebration judges

The Kentucky Walking Horse Association has selected their judges for the 2019 Kentucky Celebration. The judging panel will consist of Kemp Martin, Rod Slagle and Jamie Tucker. The Kentucky Celebration will be held Sept. 20-21 in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
