Tuesday, October 17, 2017
Members of the Gattis Regional Leadership group, which represents 13 counties in South Central Tennessee, toured Bedford County Oct. 12 and 13. Gattis aims toward helping leaders of these counties learn from and work with each other, as well as further develop their skills as leaders. Dabora, Inc., publishers of Walking Horse Report, The Celebration, and The Webb School were part of the agenda. Speakers included Jeffrey Howard, Rick Insell, Pat Marsh, among others, and the walking horse was well represented with a riding demo from Hannah Myatt. The tour was organized by Walking Horse Report editorial director Sadie Fowler and Bedford County Chamber CEO Allen Pitner.
