Alabama Farmers Federation Supports Blackburn and Alexander

The Alabama Farmers Federation, a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation, recently sent a letter to Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions urging him to co-sponsor S. 2193 introduced by Senators Lamar Alexander and Mitch McConnell. The Alabama Farmers Federation letter points our their support of a science-driven approach to eliminate soring.

The Alabama Farmers, join the Tennessee Farm Bureau and American Farm Bureau in their support of the legislation introduced by Congressman Blackburn and Senator Alexander. All three support the humane treatment of all animals but agree in preserving the horse show business.
