The Bedford County Grand Jury returned a four count indictmentagainst Alecia Cooper stemming from her confrontation with Becky Hord whileattempting to enter the inspection area during the 2005 Tennessee WalkingHorse National Celebration. Cooper had earlier filed suit against both The Celebration and Hordseeking $1,250,000 in compensatory and punitive damages over the incident.Hord is a Captain with the Bedford County Sheriff's Department and Cooperwas an exhibitor at the 2005 Celebration. The indictment reads as follows:
