The WalkingHorseReport.com poll question for the week of April 28 was, "Based on show ring results from the past few years, which stallion would be the best cross for a Coin's Hard Cash mare?"

The top vote-getter was Jose Jose. Jose Jose was a strong choice, as he was the third best cross based on our Progeny Search results for a Coin's Hard Cash mare. His top point earner was Jose Sure Thing shown in 2007 in Open Three Year Old Mares and Geldings with Sam Martin.

The top choice based on our Progeny Statistics and second in the voting was He's Puttin On The Ritz. He's Puttin on the Ritz has over 30 get out of Coin's Hard Cash mares that have performed in the show ring recently. Ritz Rattle & Roll who was the  top points leader for He's Puttin On the Ritz get, has been shown with great success in Amateur and Open Three Year Old classes in 2007 by Dr. Lynda Brogden and trainer Charlie Green. WC The Lady of the Ritz, owned By Montverde Academy, was shown successfully in Trail Pleasure Division and is the current World Champion Amateur English Trail Pleasure Champion.

Third in the voting was Out On Parole. Out On Parole was statisically the fourth best cross according to the Progeny Search records. Out On Parole had eight crosses with Coin's Hard Cash mares that performed for him. One of these Cowboy On Parole, who took International Amateur Owned and traind Trail Pleasure Champion with Connie Waldo.

Fourth in vote, yet second in statistics on the Progeny Search results was Gen's Armed And Dangerous. This cross resulted in ten top contenders, including 2007 International Amateur Park Pleasure Canter Champion, It's Up In Arms owned by Gladney Farms.
