Attention all WHTA members, your Trainer of the Year ballots are due to be turned in by Wednesday, August 24 by 4:30 pm cst. Ballots may be mailed or dropped off at the WHTA office.
Also, all members are encouraged to attend the annual General Membership meeting on Tuesday, August 23 at 5:00 pm at the Blue Ribbon Circle. There will be a Board of Directors meeting prior, beginning at 4:00 pm.
Members are encouraged to sell tickets for the Polaris Ranger bought from Motosport Superstore in Hamilton, ALa., that will be given away during The Celebration. The drawing will be the final Saturday night of The Celebration, time to be announced. If interested in selling tickets, please contact Ross Campbell or Edgar Abernathy.

Dr. Milton “Alan” Miller, age 87, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away July 13, 2026 in his home and was welcomed by his Savior Jesus into heaven. He was born in Etowah, TN to the late Cecil and Vivian Plumlee Miller. Alan and his wife were among those who founded Believers’ Chapel in Murfreesboro on February 14, 1979.
