Backfield In Motion Passes Away

Backfield In Motion, owned by Hy Steppin' Farms of Memphis, Tenn., passed away Monday October 3, 2005. Recently earning reserve at the International Performance in the Aged Mares and Gelding class with Jackie McConnell, this bay gelding passed away at the age of 15. Backfield also made his debut in the Classic Horse Class at the Celebration with Rusty Hyneman. Backfield will always be special to the Hyneman family as he was Rachel Hyneman's first show horse.
