The wife of longtime Walking Horse trainer Jimmy Holloway, Bernice, passed away Thursday, January 22 after a month's stay in the hospital. Her son Randy and husband Jimmy were with her when she died. The Holloways were a fixture on the Mississippi horse show circuit and were loved by everyone in the walking horse business.
The funeral will be Sunday, January 25 at the First Baptist Church in Kosciusko, MS. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 until 2 p.m. at the Jordan Funeral Home.
