Bryan and Jennifer Hays announce the birth of their son, Rhett Hogan Hays, born April 18 at 8:32am at the Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin, Tenn. The baby boy weighted 9lb. and 4 oz and was 21 ½ inches long. Both mother and baby are doing well. Bryan is a farrier in  West Tenn., and Ky area and Jennifer is the head teller at First Citizens Bank in Martin.
