Brock and Jaclyn Smith Tillman of Shelbyville, Tennessee have announced the birth of their daugher, Tinsley Madison Tillman on August 27 at 4:35 p.m. The baby weighed seven pounds 15 ounces and was 20 inches long. Brock Tillman is a well known trainer of Tennessee Walking Horses. With his wife Jaclyn Smith, they operate Black Hawk Stables in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
