DECATUR, Ala. - On Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, the WHAA Charity and Futurity was held at the Racking Horse Celebration Arena. The 33-class event was judged by Mike Sims of Shelbyville, Tenn. Jamie Bradshaw and My Pops The Man claimed the Walking Horse Stake victory for owner Randall Ferguson.

Many Celebration contenders were on hand as everyone is gearing up the big event. Several barns won multiple blue ribbons, including Philip Trimble Stables, Rising Star Ranch, Latham Stables, Jerry Collier Stables, Herbert Derickson Training Facility, Hunter Fikes and Justin Jenné Stables.
