The Celebration wants to remind Center Ring presenters and handlers of the protocols to follow for this year's Celebration.  Men coming to Center Ring to make a presentation should be in a suit or dress slacks with a jacket and tie and dress shoes.  Women making presentations should wear stylish dresses or pant suits with dress shoes.

Handlers and/or grooms should be at least 18 years of age to enter the ring and no more than two should enter the ring per horse.  All handlers and grooms should be in a collared shirt and long pants.  Any hats or caps worn should have bill forward.

The protocols limiting the handlers and grooms to 18 years of age are for safety reasons.  The dress code is in keeping with the tradition of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration.
