Following a verbal confrontation with a Celebration staff member, the Conduct Committee of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration has suspended all rights and privileges granted to Mr. Wayne Abee indefinitely for a conduct violation. The suspension takes effect immediately and Mr. Abee may apply for reinstatement after December 31, 2008 for the purpose of reviewing his conduct.
The confrontation occurred in the seating area of the arena and was first reported to Celebration officials by other individuals sitting in close proximity.
