Charges Dismissed Against Wheelon

The Walking Horse Report has learned that all charges filed against Larry Wheelon have been dismissed by a court in Blount County. The preliminary hearing began on August 13 and concluded today (August 15). As part of the aggravated cruelty to animal charge, authorities seized 19 horses from Wheelon Stables. As a result of today's decision, all of those horses will be returned to the owners.
