The Columbia Spring Jubilee, slated for June 2-4, has recently announced the judging panel for their 64th annual event. This year Spencer Benedict, Jamie Bradshaw and Allen Forman will be marking the cards. This year's show will feature 51 classes over the course of three nights, including 16 Riders' Cup classes.
