Copy’s Colors and Todd Smith Claim Edmonton Walking Stake

EDMONTON, Ky. - The Metcalfe County Fair Horse Show was held on July 11, 2009, in Edmonton, Ky. The successful show was judged by Travis Wiley of Danville, Ky. The 26-class event was a mix of walking and racking horses.

Todd Smith of Highland Stables and Copy’s Colors claimed the Walking Stake title for the Linton Griffith family of Alvaton, Ky. Highland Stables also claimed five other blues, leading the blue ribbon tally for the show.

J & H Stables of Russell Springs, Ky., claimed four blues for the night, including the Three-Year-Old Open, Two-Year-Old Amateur, Four-Year-Old Walking Specialty and Park Performance classes. Tommy Loid Stables of Bowling Green, Ky., were third on the blue ribbon tally with three blues.
