Over 1000 Entries at Middle Tennessee 4th of July Shows
Monday, July 5, 2010
The 4th of July is a tradition within the Walking Horse industry and Middle Tennessee is converted into a four day mini-circuit of some of the country's best one-night horse shows.
2010 was no different and the five horse shows held in the Middle Tennessee produce 1007 entries that went through inspection. The SHOW HIO was the affiliating HIO at all five horse shows and had a 98% compliance rate over the five shows.
Thursday night kicked the weekend off with the Tony Rice Horse Show in Shelbyville followed on Friday night by both the Moneytree Classic in Shelbyville and the Warren County Lions Club in McMinnville, Tenn. Saturday hosted the Woodbury Lions Club Horse Show and Sunday saw the inaugural FAST SHOWCASE, hosted by the industry newest foundation, FAST.
Complete results and judges cards where applicable are posted on this web site and can be found under show results. The weekend wasn't restricted to Middle Tennessee as Kentucky hosted four shows and another show was held in Greeneville, Tenn.
