Missed The Boat, 2003 World Champion Two-Year-Old Stallion, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 due to colic.  He was bred, raised and shown by the Jerry Jordan family of Lebanon, TN until August of 2007 when he was purchased by Maddie Jones of Little Elm, TX.  He won his world championship under the direction of Dude Crowder in the largest class of two-year-olds in Celebration history, which was split into four divisions.  He continued to be a contender, in both amateur and professional classes until his death.  To the people who contributed to his success, especially Dude Crowder and Jason Day, we will be forever grateful.  Earlier this year, the Jones family moved him to TX under the direction of Brandon Urad who had shown him successfully on the Texas circuit.  He will be greatly missed.
