Reserve World Champion Intimidator’s Boogieman was laid to rest on Friday, July 29, and was buried in the riding ring at Beaty Stables in Byrdstown, where he had resided for many years. He died from complications of colic. Intimidator’s Boogieman was owned and loved dearly by Donald and Sandra Robinson of Cookeville, Tennessee.

Donald Robinson recently won the Amateur Specialty classes at the Putnam County Fair and the Cumberland County shows.  Billy Gray rode him to his debut performance and he was shown also by Tim Gray as a two and three-year-old. At the age of four, Scott Beaty took over his reins and he remained at Beaty Stables for the last five years. Beaty, Todd Claborn and Link Webb all won stakes classes aboard this talented horse. In 2016 Donald Robinson began showing him and was reserve at the Celebration in 2016 in the Owner/Amateur Novice Gentlemen Riders on Novice Horses. During his show ring career he earned 25 blue ribbons.

He will be missed greatly by all who enjoyed seeing and riding this great horse.
