Equine Obituary - Jubilee's Rising Star

WGC Jubilee's Rising Star, a twenty-two year-old stallion, owned by Jerry Swift, passed away on Thursday October 16, 2008 at Swift Walk'n Farm in Dover, Tenn. due to complications from colic. "Star" was an extremely successful show horse in his younger days. He held an unheard of eight World Grand Championship titles. "Star" spent the last years of his memorable life passing his talent on to offspring at Swift Walk'n Farm. He was a wonderful stallion that will be greatly missed by Mr. Swift and the farms staff.
