ETWHA Colt Preview and Barn Party
Friday, February 24, 2012
The barn party and colt preview will be held March 17, 2012, at Pleasant Valley Farms, Rutledge, Tenn. The address is 525 Oakland Rd., Rutledge, TN 37861. The event will begin at 10:00am until whenever. Lunch is BBQ and will be served at noon for $6.00 pp with children 6 & under eating free.
The barn party is the largest fund raiser for the Fall Classic Horse Show. The charity this year is St. Jude Children’s Hospital. The board of directors chose this charity last year as well and raised $13,000. We have a lofty goal to meet or surpass last year’s donated money, however if we work together we can make it happen. Remember it is all about the children!
The barn party will have silent auction items, baked items, feed, hay, a 10 x 16 yard barn and plenty of other items to bid on. Music will also be provided. If you are interested in helping please bring silent auction items and or a dessert for lunch. Make your plans to attend the 2012 pre-season ETWHA colt preview. Take this opportunity to help the association raise money to benefit this wonderful charity and raise funds for the Fall Classic Horse Show.
