ETWHA General Membership Meeting



The ETWHA General Membership Meeting will be held January 29, 2011 at the Expo Center in White Pine, Tenn. Registration will be from 12:00-1:00p.m. A special presentation will commence at 1:00p.m. and membership registration will resume from 3:00-3:30p.m. The general membership meeting will be called to order at 3:30p.m.

The East Tennessee Trainers have arranged to have Frank Eichler from SHOW HIO give a presentation on current issues facing the Walking Horse industry.  All ETWHA members are invited to attend.  Contact Larry Wheelon for more information.
 
Registration
12:00–1:00p.m. and 3:00-3:30pm
Dues may be paid at the door during this time or may be paid in advance using the form enclosed in the forthcoming newsletter.  Membership forms are also included on the website at www.ETWHA.org. You must pay your 2011 membership dues to attend the Annual Membership meeting and vote.  2011 High Point Membership dues are $35 and Associate Membership dues are $15.
 
ETWHA Annual Membership Meeting 3:30p.m.
Per the ETWHA by-laws:  All Officers and  Board of Directors shall be elected and their election certified by a majority of members present at the meeting.  The majority shall decide any question that may come before the meeting.  Board of Director and Officer nominations are taken from the floor by a member in good standing. The nominated member must be present at the election meeting in order to participate as an active candidate.
