ETWHTA To Host Scar Rule Clinic

Scar Rule Clinic To Be Held In White Pine, Tennessee
The East Tennessee Walking Horse Trainers’ Association
(ETWHTA) will hold a scar rule clinic in conjunction with the USDA on Monday,
March 5, 2007 at the Great Smoky Mountain Expo Center in White Pine,
Tenn. The purpose of this clinic is to invite both owners and
trainers from North Carolina, S.C., Virginia, North Carolina, and
Kentucky, as well as Tennessee to a hands-on scar rule clinic.
The clinic will begin at l:00 p.m. and the ETWHTA will
provide barbecue plate lunches from 11:30 to 1:00 to those in
attendance. Larry Wheelon said that the USDA especially welcomed
owners to attend this clinic as well as trainers so that all would be
informed. Wheelon said that there would be around 15-20 horses for
viewing.
