Eugene "Gene" Akers passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014. Akers is known for being the owner and rider of Ebony's Go Boy's Dream.

Visitation: 6-8 PM Thursday, October 23, 2014 at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, MO.

Funeral Service: 10:30 AM Friday, October 24, 2014 at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, MO.

Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
