FAST announces its support for Manes show
Tuesday, October 30, 2018
FAST is pleased to announce that the FAST Unified Horse Show Development Committee has voted unanimously to give a $1500.00 grant to The Jerry Manes Memorial Horse Show in Stoutland, Missouri. This is a new show and is in memory of Jerry Manes.
The show will be Nov. 9 and 10 and will offer a variety of classes for all disciplines of the Tennessee Walking Show Horse. The class schedule is put together with classes for the long-time walking horse enthusiast as well as classes for youth and 4-H participants.
The show will hold a tribute for United States veterans.
“Please make plans to attend this new Tennessee Walking Horse Show,” said Kathy Zeis, on behalf of FAST. “FAST has assisted over 20 shows with UHDP Grants such as the Walking For The Angels show in Shelbyville, Tennessee; The Cajun Classic show, in Monroe, Texas; and shows in states from Minnesota to Florida.”
FAST is dedicated to helping to promote and preserve the Tennessee Walking Show Horse as well as the venues in which they are showcased.
Zeis is also asking for the industry’s support to carry out FAST’s mission.
“In order to help promote and preserve our horse, please help future projects by making a donation to FAST either on its web site at www.FASTWalkingShowHorse.org or by mailing to PO Box 259, Shelbyville, TN 37162.”
FAST is a 501 (c)3 organization that’s mission is to promote and preserve the Tennessee Walking Show Horse. All donations are tax deductible and are put to immediate use in the industry. For more information or to make a donation visit FAST online at www.FASTWalkingShowHorse.org
