FAST Versatility Showcase slated for July 3rd

Shelbyville, TN – The FAST Versatility Showcase is scheduled for Sunday, July 3rd at The Celebration grounds . The Showcase is a Tennessee Walking Horse Show being held by FAST, Inc which is a 501(c)3 foundation formed to promote, protect and preserve the Tennessee Walking show horse & horse shows. All proceeds from this show will be put back into the TWH industry to carry out their mission. This show will have a large variety of classes including a very exciting Trail Obstacle Challenge course beginning at 9 a.m. This trail course will be outside under natural conditions and will include a water hazard, a teetering bridge to cross, mounded dirt and other challenging obstacles to thoroughly test the horses and riders. A division has been added specifically for Mounted Patrol Officers from the area mounted patrol units to test their skills as well to add to the excitement and friendly competition.
Tracy Pinson and her Versatility Champion horse Skyjacker’s Mountain High (aka “Tuff”), winners of the 2009 non-pro Extreme Cowboy Race, will put on a featured exhibition following the Trail Obstacle Competition.
The main versatility show will begin at 5 p.m. and admission is free. There will additionally be a silent auction and the Hall of Fame Club will be opening at 4 that afternoon.
