JAMESTOWN, Tenn. - The 2009 Fentress County Fair Association Show was held at the Fentress County Fairgrounds in Jamestown, Tenn., on Friday, August 7, at 6:00 pm. Rod Slagle of Cookeville, Tenn., did an excellent job of evaluating the contenders and marking the cards for the evening in a timely and efficient manor.

Although the temps were in the mid 90’s, after the sun went down a small breeze blew and made the evening more bearable for both equine and human participants.

The Fred Allred family owned talent, World Champion Dangerous At Midnight and trainer Scott Beaty brought the evening to a close when they exited the ring with the Arnold Wright Memorial Stake Championship trophy in hand.
