MONROE, Ga. – The 44th annual Walton County Horse Show was held Saturday, May 3, 2008, in Monroe, Ga. Bill Beech of Hartsville, Tenn., did the honors of judging.

Carl Edwards and Sons Stables went home with seven blues. Gary Edwards and Strolling Thru The Ritz claimed their third championship. Allen Foreman Stables took home six blues. Of those six blues, four were won by offspring of Seve, the beautiful chestnut stallion that Foreman showed to a reserve world championship in the Aged Stallion division in 2002. Gary Hollin, Bellegrade Farms and Ken Moore Stables each took home three blues.
