Germantown judges announced
Wednesday, April 19, 2017
The Germantown Charity Horse Show has announced the judges for its breed classes at this year’s show, with Dee Dee Miller of Lewisburg, Tenn., marking the cards for the walking horse competition.
The show is scheduled for June 6-10, 2017 at the beautiful Germantown Charity Horse Show grounds in Germantown, Tennessee.
The show offers classes for Tennessee walking horses, Racking horses, and several other breeds.
Judging the Tennessee Walking Horse division this year will be Dee Dee Miller of Lewisburg, Tennessee. Miller is a world-class equestrian in her own right, having ridden to multiple World Grand Championship titles. Miller is a former executive committee member of TWHBEA, and is the immediate past president of the Walking Horse Owners’ Association.
Her judging credentials include some of the biggest flat shot Walking Horse shows in the country, including the International Grand Championships and the NWHA National Championships. She has also served as an equitation judge for the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration.
Noted Racking Horse Judge Lance Meisenheimer of Jonesboro, Illinois will be evaluating the Racking Horse and Single-Footing classes at this year’s show.
Classes for the following breeds will also be featured: American Saddlebreds, Carriage, Gypsy Vanners and Paso Finos.
In addition to the breed classes, a full slate of Hunter and Jumper classes are offered each day, including the $25,000 Grand Prix of Germantown, sponsored by Conway Services Heating & Cooling.
