Gill joins Celebration staff

By Sadie Fowler

If you don’t know her already, Emily Gill will soon become a familiar and recognizable face as she has accepted the post of Entry Office Manager at the Celebration headquarters in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Gill is replacing Margaret Eakin, who recently stepped down from her full-time duties after many years of service in the entry office.

Prior to coming to the Celebration, Gill worked as a customer relations manager for National Pen Company, also headquartered in Shelbyville, Tennessee, for 16 years.

“The Celebration is delighted to have her join our staff and we look forward to working with her,” said Connie Allen, the Celebration’s director of office operations.

Gill is married to James (Bo) Alan Gill; they have one daughter, Everleigh, who is an elementary student at Thomas Magnet. The Gills enjoy lots of day-to-day activities in the walking horse capitol of the world, including their involvement in church at Fair Haven Baptist Church.

“I am thrilled to be a part of The Celebration and look forward to meeting everyone in the near future,” said Gill, a life-long resident of Bedford County.

While Eakin has stepped down from her full-time duties, she has graciously committed to working part-time to ensure a smooth transition for all.
