For the FIRST ANNUAL EAST TENNESSEE WALKING HORSE TRAINERS SHOW.It was a cold night but that did not keep the trainers or the fans away with 185 entries for the evening.Show manager Lisa Anderson stated, ”Everything went extremely smooth,the money raised will help to start some great funds for the trainers and the youth of ETWHA.There was some excellent horses there and some of the best food around .I heard lots of people say it was the best show in East Tennessee this year.We hope to have it around this time next year only possibly inside. “

Organist for the evening was Jo Simerly & Scott Helton was announcer .Judging the 27 classes for the evening was Howard Hamilton,Ceder Grove,Tn The first class for the night was Walking Weanling Open with Ella Kline and Walking For Real,walking away with the blue for CL Kline Farms,taking reserve was Ben Blessing and Its Raining Cash for What A Blessing Farms

Owner Tyler Buchanan and Call Me Lucky Cash took the victory ride in the Walking 11&Under,with Doc's HIgh Noon and Brandon Givens for Joe and Mitzie Robinson to reserve.

The Two Year Old Open class saw Tim Wheelon and Macks Eliminator for The Don Markum family eliminating all the rest for the blue. Bustin Special and Ronnie Campbell rode to reserve for Campbell and Williams.Vickie Hughes Grindstaff and Fantazmic Cash went to the winners circle in the ETWHA Ladies Auxiliary for the Farrell Hughes family , and Jan Crawford owner of Silver Designs Entertainer went home with the red.

Lite Shod Open Spec. Saw Jeff Givens and Calvine Klein Obsession to the winners circle for Donald Knight,and taking reserve was Wired 440 & Mike Conley for Larkin and Kim Turner.

Walking Open Specialty saw the final decision going to Final Escapade and Charlie Green for the blue for Joe Christmas Jr.The red ribbon went home with Tim Smith and This Pusher is Armed for Jamie Etheredge The next mount came in shining like a star with Jack Morgan and Star of Sundance taking the blue for Jack and Betty Morgan in the Men's Amateur Spec. Walking . The red going to I'm Bustin Out and owner Brad Spivey.

The Park Pleasure Open Specialty went to Jeff Givens and Gen's Sundancer for Shane Hastings,and reserve going to Its Pushin A Score and Ronnie Tabor for Tabor & Jenkins.

There was nothing secretive about the next team as owner Dana Kyte and Private Terms came in and took home the blue in the Amateur Owned and Trained.Going home with reserve was Ebs Timless Pride and Tim Smith for Tim and Melanie Smith. ETWHA Members Amateur Specialty saw the dynamic duo of Prides Prime Stat and Rusty Carlton to the winners circle for Jamie Holbrook,and taking home reserve was Vickie Hughes Grindstaff & Fantazmic Cash for The Farrell Hughes Family.

In Walking Yearlings Open 2003 Foals A Wise Storm with Ben Blessing and Dynamite Doll and Herchel Blessing took home the first and second place for What A Blessing Farms.
