(Copyright 2006 WHR) The long simmering controversy surrounding TWHBEA Executive Director Charles Hulsey was addressed at yesterday's TWHBEA Executive Committee meeting. He will reportedly be reprimanded for improper conduct as it relates to registration papers.

The TWHBEA has refused to reveal what Hulsey allegedly did wrong but industry sources tell The Report that the issue has to do with skipped transfers and improper registration papers by Hulsey and computer technician Michael Cook.

The Report urges the TWHBEA to make a complete disclosure about this matter, particularly if it involves tampering with registration papers.
