International Board of Directors Decides Not To Ratify Executive Committees Decision

After the seating of the new officers, old business was the next item on the agenda. The new director from Texas made a motion that the International Board of Directors not ratify the Executive Committee's decision to drop all charges against VP Pat Stout. In a roll call vote of 31-16, the motion passed.
