The Laurel Charity Horse Show, recently held on March 5, has made a significant donation to the ZAC House. Despite low attendance at this year's event, the group was able to donate $5,000 to the organization. The ZAC House, also located in Laurel, Miss., provides up to six months of residential recovery for up[ to 10 women at any given time for drug and alcohol addiction.

During the six-month period they receive weekly individual and group counseling sessions, Pastoral guidance, daily Bible-based life-skill classes (including a parenting class), 12-step recovery meetings, daily exercise, regular church services and so much more. The Z.A.C. House is more than just a place to get sober, but it is a discipleship program where everything from attitude to actions are expected to change. We execute a very strong work program through church service and household chores. We offer the most efficient service and care for the least possible cost.
