Leverette to replace Bingham at Red Carpet Show of the South

The Red Carpet Show of the South is scheduled for Saturday, July 22 at Giles County Agriculture Park in Pulaski, Tennessee. Jennifer Bingham is no longer able to judge the show and Layne Leverette will now take Bingham’s place.

The PAST Act would eliminate the use of pads and action devices, eliminate the Horse Industry Organization system of enforcement and increase penalties for violators of the HPA.
