Lone Star Rodeo Returns To Calsonic Arena

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – The Lone Star Rodeo “Open Range Tour 2008” will be making its annual stop in Calsonic Arena on Saturday, February 2nd.
One of the most popular annual events at the Shelbyville venue, Lone Star Rodeo will feature Bareback Bronc Riding, Calf Roping, Breakaway Roping, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc Riding, Cowgirls Barrel Racing, Team Roping, and Brahma Bull Riding.
Special added attractions for 2008 include Best-Dressed Cowboy and Cowgirl Contest (10 & under), Gold Rush (10 & under), an appearance by clown and barrelman Mike Wentworth, and fancy trick roping and riding with S.L. Pemberton a & Family.
Due to the high volume of traffic on the night of the show, advance ticket purchases are recommended. Adult tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Children (12 & under) are $8 in advance, $10 at the door. Children ages 3 and under are admitted free.
Advance ticket outlets include the Celebration Ticket Office, World Champion Horse Equipment on Madison Street in Shelbyville, and Tullahoma Drug Store in Tullahoma. Phone orders can be made with a Visa or Mastercard by calling the Celebration Ticket Office at (931) 684-5915.
