U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan K. Lee has recommended that the $10 million lawsuit against the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration and its board of directors be dismissed.  During the 2013 Celebration on August 26th Nathan Jackson, Jennie Jackson and Natalie Jackson-Pritchard filed a federal civil rights suit against the Celebration.

Any objection to Lee's recommendation must be filed within 14 days and must conform to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.  Failure to file any objection will waive the right to appeal the order and the case will be dismissed without prejudice.
