Each year, Tina Rose opens her popular women's clothing store, Magnolia's, in Shelbyville for the Celebration. This year, Magnolia's, is open earlier than ever before. They are opening Friday August 4, from 12 to 5 p.m. and they will be open Saturday, August 5, from 9:30 to 5:30.
