Martocci Will Not Seek Reelection

Current Walking Horse Owners’ Association President Rhonda Martocci told the Report Friday, Dec. 9, that she will not seek reelection. Martocci said that the WHOA nominations committee has slated David Pruitt to run for the WHOA presidency for the year 2006.
