Master of Jazz Remains Undefeated

Jimmy McConnell and Master of Jazz remained undefeated in open compettion last night winning the 2006 Fun Show in Shelbyville, Tennessee. This powerful aged stallion has now won six straight blues with Jimmy in the saddle including four in open competition this year and two in four-year-old competition to close out last year.
Master of Jazz has now also taken the lead in the Walking Horse Report High Point standings with 80 points and this win confirms his standing as a leading contender for the World Grand Championship. He is now owned by Wall and McGarhand.
In 2004 and 2005, Lee Wall enjoyed great success in amateur competition with her stallion and Jimmy has now taken the horse to the forefront of aged competition. Master of Jazz was shown in amateur competition 18 times in 2004 and 2005, winning 4 blues, 5 reserves and 7 third place honors.
