The Report has learned from sources that Lonnie Messick has resigned from the National Horse Show Commission (NHSC), effective October 28, 2008. Messick is currently the Executive Vice-President of the NHSC.
In August, both Chairman Frank Neal and director David Pruett resigned from the NHSC. Mark Farrar replaced Neal as Chairman and Dee Dee Sale replaced David Pruett as a repesentative from WHOA on the NHSC board.
