Mississippi Charity Horse Show Announces Changes For 2014

The Mississippi Charity Horse Show Association met recently to plan the 2014 horse show (Jackson). Several changes to the show schedule have been made. The open two, three and four year old horses will not have to qualify for their respective championships. The final class, Walking Horse Championship, will also not be required to pre-qualify. All amateur classes will continue to qualify for their championships. In response to many requests from trainers; the prize money checks will be pinned to the ribbons.
Officers for 2014 are Robert Taylor - President, Carol Lackey - 1st vice-President, Bobby Houston - 2nd Vice President, Tara McWhirter - Treasurer and Kaye Easterling - Secretary.
