 SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - The sixth annual Sand Creek Sales Trainers’ Show Sale was held on Saturday, March 22, 2008, at Sand Creek Farm in Shelbyville, Tenn. It started at 10 a.m. and showcased the industry’s top broodmares, yearlings, pleasure and performance horses. The Café At The Creek served delicious meals all day. The Sand Creek Sales staff was as professional as always and everything ran smoothly.
 The world champion mare Mistress topped the sale. She was sold by Greg and Leslie Wells and was bought by Michael and Jeanette Taylor. Thief N Da Skies was the next highest seller. He was sold by Steven Glenn and Joe Scott and bought by Joe Burton. Howard Buckner sold Mercedes Of The Ritz to Stanley Enfinger and was the third highest seller. Tommy Jowers sold the top fourth and fifth place horses. They were Jose’s Pretty Girl and Ritz Bets On The Bay. Greg Cass bought Jose’s Pretty Girl and Sand Creek Farm bought Ritz Bets On The Bay.
 The next sale is the Fun Show Spring Jubilee Sale. It will be on Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24. Both days will start at 10 a.m. This sale will be featuring the finest broodmares, pleasure and show horses that the industry has to offer. Make plans to attend.
