J. L. Nipper, husband of Walking Horse artist Billie Nipper, passed away at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tenn., last night, December 18, 2001. Nipper, a well known and much loved member of the Walking Horse community, had been hospitalized prior to his death. Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home in Cleveland, Tennessee. The funeral will be held Saturday, December 22, 2001 at 2:00 p.m.
