North Carolina State Fair Removes Tennessee Walking Horses From Schedule

Sources confirmed to the Walking Horse Report that the 2015 North Carolina State Fair has removed all Tennessee Walking Horse classes from its horse show in 2015. The North Carolina State Fair has been under intense harassment from animal rights groups to remove performance Tennessee Walking Horses each of the last two years but has continued to offer the classes.

In 2015, the show will offer an "open" division that has non-trotting pleasure classes but will not have a licensed judge for those classes.
